By ordering goods from our web shop, you agree to accept our terms and conditions listed below.
All prices shown are inclusive of value added tax (VAT) and are valid only for orders placed in the webshop. Prices for orders made by email or telephone will be different from those shown online.
The weight shown in the product information is based on average weight and may vary.
Images of products are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual products you receive may differ from the images displayed on our website. The colour of products, can never be exactly reproduced by the images and colour maps published on this website. Our sample cards are recommended for a more accurate reproduction of the colour but because variations between different dye lots occur, products from different lots may vary.
The patterns on our website may be used by our customers at no extra cost. Lankava is not responsible for any errors in these patterns.
We reserve the right to change the prices, product specifications, and availability of our products at any time. Yarn Store Lankava operates the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In such circumstances, your continual use of our services will demonstrate your acceptance of any changes made.
We cannot guarantee that this site will be available or error free at all times, although we try our best to ensure this.
Confirmation of order
Once we have received your order, an order confirmation will be sent via the email address provided during registration. The order confirmation will be sent automatically and should be received by the customer providing that a valid email address has been given.
Goods will usually be shipped 1-3 working days after receiving the order. This process can be delayed at peak times of the year, when an item is out of stock or when products are made upon request (such as pre-wound warps). Expected delivery time for pre-wound warps is up to 4 weeks. In the occasion that an item is out of stock, we will notify the customer via e-mail. In this event, the buyer has the right to cancel or amend the order. Deliveries are possible only within Sweden. Customers based outside of Sweden should order on the website www.lankava.fi. Prices on that site are in euros and are not in any way comparable to prices listed on this site.
A single parcel with a total weight of 15kg or less will be charged 130 SEK for delivery. If the weight of the parcel exceeds 15kg we will contact the customer before the delivery is made to make alternative arrangements. The delivery cost for looms is 1250 SEK.
Goods can be returned, unused, within 14 days of arrival to the customer’s address. The customer is obliged to pay all the expenses related to the return and bears full responsibility for all returned items until we have received them. For this reason, you may wish to send goods via recorded delivery, as a refund cannot be given if we do not receive the goods. The customer should notify us of their wish to return goods, either by email or telephone before the withdrawal period has expired. Our contact details can be found at the bottom of this page. Please pack the goods appropriately and include with the return the following information: your name, address, telephone number and purchase date. You can use our refund application form to provide this information. Enclose the completed form with the package. Once the goods have been received and reviewed by us we will refund in full any costs paid, excluding any return costs, providing the goods are returned unused and in an undamaged condition.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases where a product has been produced according to a customer’s special requests, such as pre-wound warps.
Unclaimed packages will be returned to us and an admin fee of 290 SEK will be added to the customer's invoice.
Damaged goods or incorrect items
The customer should inspect all goods they have received to ensure the delivery corresponds to their order, and that all items are undamaged. If there are any issues with the delivered goods, the customer should inform us without any delay so we can correct the purchase. We work in partnership with Klarna who safely and securely manage your payments. Yarn Store Lankava have no access to your payment details.
We offer an international service for customers based abroad who wish to place an order. Customers based outside of Sweden should visit our website www.lankava.fi. Prices on that site are in euros and are not in any way comparable to prices listed on this site.
Garnvaruhuset Lankava process your personal data in accordance with current legislation. By providing your information to us you agree that we register it in our system. We only store information such as name, postal address, email address and telephone number so that we are able to complete our obligations to you, for example to send you your order or to identify you should you contact us. Garnvaruhuset Lankava have no access to your payment details. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties unless we are forced to do so by law or if we consider such action as necessary to protect our rights. You may at any time request to have your details permanently removed from our register or to request a copy of the information held about you on our system by sending a written request to us. The data about you will not be stored any longer period than necessary and will be deleted on our own initiative when no longer needed or on request.
